I don’t know when or how my intrigue with fairies began. Was it my first sighting of Disney’s infamous Tinker Bell, maybe butterflies and their glorious wings that give them effortless flight, or even the mysterious and magical mythology about them?

Inspired by the many fairy art masters, past and present (Amy Brown, Richard Dadd, and Kinuko Y Craft just to name a few) I’m always striving to lean towards creating magical art that invites the viewer into the mythological world allowing them to let go of their mundane and at times stressful life, and just for a moment BE in a world of magic, whimsy, and the unknown.
