URSULA; Reminds me of one of the most pivotal times in my life as a burlesque dancer a period of personal growth and artistic expression. Dance became my canvas during that time, allowing me to communicate in one of the most potent unspoken languages. Through movement, I expressed myself in ways that had always felt forbidden. Sharing the stage with other women, I experienced a sense of safety, protection, and belonging—a home-away-from-home where I could fully embrace and celebrate my sensuality.
